Welcome to Angel’s Best Maid Services! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all services provided by Angel’s Best Maid Services. By using our services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By scheduling a service with Angel’s Best Maid Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use our services.

2. Services

Angel’s Best Maid Services provides professional cleaning services for residential and commercial properties in Wayne County and Oakland County, Michigan. Our services include:

• House Cleaning (kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, living room)
• Office Cleaning

3. Scheduling and Appointments

• All services must be scheduled in advance through our website, phone, or email.
• Appointments are subject to availability.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when booking a service.

4. Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed upon.
• We accept payments via Zelle or Cash.
• A valid credit card is required to secure your booking.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

• You may cancel or reschedule your appointment without penalty up to 24 hours before the scheduled service time.
• Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a cancellation fee of 25$.
• If we are unable to access your property at the scheduled time, it will be considered a cancellation, and the cancellation fee will apply.

6. Service Guarantee

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment, and we will re-clean the area at no additional cost.

Our guarantee does not apply if the property is not in the condition agreed upon at the time of booking.

7. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide a safe and accessible environment for our cleaning staff.
• Clients are responsible for securing valuables and fragile items.
• Clients must notify us of any special cleaning instructions or areas that require special attention.

8. Liability and Damages

• Angel’s Best Maid Services is insured and bonded.
• We are not responsible for damage due to normal wear and tear, improper installation of items, or items that cannot be cleaned safely.
• We are not liable for any loss or damage to personal property unless caused by our negligence.

9. Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Wayne County, Michigan.
